Location: Onsite, four days per week - Kohler, WI Opportunity Kohler is seeking a skilled Senior Compliance Engineer to join our Codes & Standards team with a dedicated focus on electrical product compliance. This role is ideal for an electrical engineer who drives understanding across new product development teams as they navigate how electrical safety, emissions, and efficiency impacts the design of Kohler products for sale in North America and globally. The right candidate will bring strong technical judgment, familiarity with North American electrical compliance expectations, and an ability to connect those requirements to global frameworks such as IEC and ISO. They will help guide our teams through the challenges of bringing safe, compliant, and innovative electrical products to market. Specific Responsibilities:

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
