An established, design-driven architecture and engineering practice in Kalispell is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to lead complex projects, mentor emerging talent, and elevate design and operational excellence across diverse assignments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases—from initial concept and contracting to design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including fee development, budget tracking, invoicing, and earned-value analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Ensure technical quality and design integrity while aligning deliverables with client goals and expectations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and trusted leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the building design and construction industry.
  • Professional licensure (Architect or Professional Engineer) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; NCARB certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and strategic prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with the ability to leverage technology for collaboration and project efficiency.
