Opportunity

As a Senior Engineer, Faucets, you’ll play a critical role in bringing innovative consumer products to life-products that balance beautiful design, technical excellence, and real-world manufacturability. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, design, marketing, and manufacturing, helping transform early concepts into high-quality products used by consumers every day.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is motivated by turning bold ideas into production-ready solutions

We’re seeking a creative, technically strong engineer who brings both ownership and curiosity to their work and enjoys collaborating across disciplines.

You are someone who:

  • Collaborates naturally with cross-functional partners—including Marketing, Program Management, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing—to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Brings a positive, solution-oriented mindset and contributes to a high-performing, highly collaborative team culture.
  • Is passionate about innovation, driven to explore new ideas, test assumptions, and build products that push boundaries.
  • Excels in ideation and concept development, with strong interest or experience in CAD modeling and advanced prototyping.
  • Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and applies a thoughtful, structured engineering design process.
  • Understands manufacturing realities, with experience designing for processes such as casting, forging, stamping, injection molding, machining, welding, tube bending, hydroforming, plating, and fabrication.
  • Enjoys solving complex problems, confidently evaluating designs and continuously optimizing performance, cost, and quality.
  • Works effectively across regions and cultures, partnering with global engineering teams and suppliers.

What you will be doing:

Create

  • Partner with Industrial Design and Product Marketing to define product requirements using consumer insights, market data, and sales feedback.
  • Analyze competitive products and warranty data to inform and benchmark new designs.
  • Provide early-stage technical feasibility assessments to guide concept selection.

Refine

  • Develop and refine designs using 3D CAD (Creo), FEA, and CFD tools.
  •  Leverage state-of-the-art on-site prototyping and testing labs to build and validate physical prototypes.
  • Validate product value and usability through consumer and human experience research.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams and suppliers to balance performance, cost, quality, and timeline.

Implement

  • Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and create detailed technical drawings using GD&T and engineering standards.
  •  Apply Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles to ensure robust, efficient, and scalable production.
  • Lead and support product verification testing to ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
  • Support manufacturing ramp-up, providing hands-on engineering support during pre-production and launch builds.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • Minimum of 4 years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of CAD modeling.
  • International and domestic travel as needed.
