Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- Full understanding of opening and closing duties
- Ability to create, develop, and coach an energized team
- Strong coaching skills with effective feedback
- Organized and deadline-oriented with a focus on driving results
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience managing a large team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering and inventory
- Humble and eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
