General Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading a team in a fast-casual or QSR restaurant environment (delivery and take-out experience preferred)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
