Plant Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager (2nd shift) to lead daily operations for a high-volume production facility.

This role will oversee production, safety, quality, labor management, scheduling, and overall plant performance. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can drive efficiency, hold teams accountable, and improve plant productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily plant operations and production teams
• Lead supervisors and hourly employees
• Drive productivity, quality, and safety performance
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance
• Coordinate production schedules and workflow
• Partner with maintenance on equipment uptime and preventive maintenance
• Provide operational reporting to leadership
• Improve efficiencies and reduce operational costs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Plant Management or Production Operations leadership experience
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial operations
• Strong leadership, safety, and production management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Commercial laundry or linen industry experience is highly preferred, but strong industrial manufacturing leaders are encouraged to apply.
