Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Montana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility, long-term care, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads typical of skilled nursing and long-term care, including documentation and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Client requires clinicians able to provide up to 36 hours per week as part of the assignment (guaranteed hours noted by client).
• Preferred: experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems commonly used in post-acute care settings.
