Our rapidly growing construction company is seeking a highly experienced MEP Superintendent with a strong background in data center and healthcare construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our ground-up construction projects. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on some of the most innovative data center and healthcare construction projects in the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our ground-up construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of our healthcare construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project design and execution.
- Maintain detailed records of all MEP-related activities, including progress reports, change orders, material deliveries, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations related to MEP systems in healthcare facilities.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare facilities and data centers.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing ground-up construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, including design, installation, testing, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction standards and regulations, including infection control, life safety, and other relevant codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project timelines or budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Construction Manager, Certified Professional Constructor) are a plus.
