All West Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team!
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians eager to fully utilize their surgical and anesthesia expertise while making a meaningful impact on patient care. This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs.
- Support the care and handling of a variety of species, including exotics, with training and guidance provided.
- Ensure an efficient surgical and procedural workflow, anticipating the needs of the veterinary team and patients.
- Communicate with clients to review treatment plans, answer questions, and provide discharge instructions with empathy and clarity.

- Compensation: $25-28 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $2000
- CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 1+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Montana
- Exotic Animal Handling is a plus
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- IV Catheter placement
- Anesthesia induction and monitoring
- Dental prophy and radiographs
