We’re partnering with a growing industrial automation and integration company seeking a driven Sales Engineer to help expand business across manufacturing, utilities, and industrial operations environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop new business within industrial and automation-focused markets
  • Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders
  • Generate pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry relationships
  • Manage opportunities from initial conversations through project close
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Help drive growth within manufacturing, utilities, and industrial sectors
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in industrial automation, technical sales, controls, or systems integration
  • Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, controls systems, or industrial automation environments
  • Proven ability to generate business and manage customer relationships
  • Comfortable working with technical and operational stakeholders
  • Self-driven and able to operate independently
Preferred Background
  • Ignition experience
  • Controls integration or automation project exposure
  • Existing industrial or manufacturing relationships
  • Experience selling technical or project-based solutions
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $100K–$120K - OTE 200k
  • Uncapped commission structure
