Your New Role

This position is based in Omaha, NE with time split between office work and job sites. You’ll:

  • Design, program, and support building automation and DDC control systems

  • Review project plans, specifications, and sequences of operations

  • Select and apply system components including controllers, sensors, actuators, and valves

  • Create wiring and control diagrams using Visio

  • Program DDC controllers and develop user interfaces

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fine tune system performance in the field

  • One to two years of experience in building automation or a related technical field

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation

  • Hands on experience programming DDC controllers

  • Experience creating control drawings in Visio

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to remain tobacco free while on job sites
