How you’ll make an impact in this role

Capture high-precision diagnostic images by skillfully positioning patients and selecting accurate exposure factors to ensure physicians have the clearest data for life-changing diagnoses.
Advocate for patient safety by strictly following radiation protection guidelines, ensuring every individual receives the highest quality scan with the lowest possible exposure.
Manage the safe administration of contrast media and medications, vigilantly monitoring patients during procedures to ensure their comfort and stability.
Optimize the diagnostic workflow by ensuring the prompt, accurate submission of images and clinical history to digital archives, facilitating faster answers for patients and their families.
Guarantee a reliable care environment by performing regular equipment checks and maintaining a pristine clinical space, ensuring the department is always safe and ready for the next patient.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
