Compensation:

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Average earnings: $75,000 – $120,000 annually
  • Top performers exceed $150K+

What You Bring

  • Prior relevant sales experience with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required
  • Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, including adherence to uniform and nametag standards
  • Strong customer service mentality
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant at Walser, you own the customer experience from greeting to delivery:

  • Greet all customers promptly and courteously
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process
  • Maintain unit averages, PVR, and VSC standards as required by the store
  • Utilize the Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions
  • Educate customers on the benefits Walser has to offer
  • Conduct test drives and ensure customers understand vehicle features and operation
  • Educate customers on available financial products and financing options
  • Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
  • Successfully complete the Walser sales training program
  • Uphold Walser's Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
