Warehouse Associate (North Bend Location or Redmond Location)

The Packaging Associate is responsible for executing repetitive manual packaging tasks on a production line. This role demands standing for extended periods and collaborating closely with a team in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Associates are tasked with picking, placing, and packaging items from a moving conveyor belt into boxes, applying labels or stickers, and ensuring basic quality standards are consistently met throughout the shift. Responsibilities

• Work on a manual packaging line with a continuously moving conveyor belt.
• Pick and place products into designated boxes or containers.
• Apply stickers or labels to boxes according to standard work instructions.
• Perform the same tasks repeatedly for extended periods of time.
• Maintain consistent pace with the production line.
• Work collaboratively alongside other team members in close proximity.
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Notify a supervisor of equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns.

Essential Skills

• Ability to understand written instructions in English without assistance.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Work Environment

Work involves standing and being on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift, with repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements. The environment is production or warehouse-based, with noise from machinery. You will need the ability to lift, push, or pull light to moderate materials and maintain a consistent pace throughout the full shift. The dress code is casual and safety-focused.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
