Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation of shredding vehicles, the efficient disposal of shredded materials, and supporting daily warehouse inventory and processing tasks.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

1. Drive the shredding trucks to the rear of the facility to dump shredded paper and plastic into designated processing areas.
2. Execute daily warehouse tasks, including sorting materials, staging bins for processing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to ensure efficient facility throughput.
3. Ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations and internal safety standards while operating vehicles and warehouse equipment.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred)
• The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.

• Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour + $0.50 shift differential for each worked hour.
• Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
