What You'll Do

• Set up and operate production equipment and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Inspect products visually to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use scales, microscopes, and tracking systems to document work.
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast-paced production team.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable team players with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Basic English reading and communication skills required.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but we're willing to train the right person!
