AMD Distribution Warehouse/Insulation Lamination Team Member

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
• Collaborate with the Lead Operator to support and improve the insulation lamination process
• Meet production and project deadlines consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product standards are met
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment when required
• Assist in all areas of the warehouse as business needs dictate

Core Competencies:

• Understanding of customer and production requirements
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Technical aptitude with manufacturing or fabrication equipment
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Previous experience operating machinery preferred
• Ability to accurately read tape measures and other measuring devices
• Ability to understand and follow instructions provided verbally, in writing, or through diagrams

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to handle bulky materials and products
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 4045 hours per week
• Work Location: In person
• Warehouse Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Schedule:

• Day shift
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Over time as required
