Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accurately and on schedule. This role includes coordinating staff schedules, training team members on equipment and machinery, and enforcing safety and compliance standards throughout the facility.

The Warehouse Supervisor performs a variety of operational, organizational, and leadership tasks to maintain an efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting inventory audits, preparing reports, and recommending items for replenishment.
• Supervising warehouse associates, monitoring daily workflows, and ensuring proper and safe use of equipment.
• Helping develop and enforce warehouse procedures, protocols, and best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Supporting team and warehouse performance goals in alignment with leadership and other departments.
• Monitoring employee performance and assisting with training to enhance productivity and skill development.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Collaborating with purchasing and accounting teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.

• MondayFriday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 11:00 AM
• Sheffield Village, OH
