Warehouse Order Fulfillment Worker Level II

A Warehouse Order Fulfillment Worker Level II is responsible for reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse shelves before staging them for delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Works inside and outside of the cooler picking orders
• Responsible for collecting inventory picks from supervisor and returning them when complete
• Responsible for calculating what items will go on which pallet in order to determine a final count
• Must pick items according to expiration date, bin code, and quantity
• Responsible for efficiently picking orders to ensure it is complete in a timely manner
• Must report any order discrepancies to supervisors such as date changes, pallet count changes, etc.
• Responsible for using operating equipment such as pallet jacks
• Responsible for ensuring pallets are in appropriate height and weight
• Responsible for ensuring all pallets are properly shrink-wrapped
• Responsible for performing other warehouse duties as necessary
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Adequate math skills
• Strong listening skills
• Understand basic English
• Bilingual: Spanish/English is a plus

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred +1 year experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work in cold environment (38 degrees Fahrenheit)
• Ability to work an electric pallet jack

Monday - Friday / 6:00am - 2:30pm (Occasional Overtime and Saturdays)
