Warehouse Operator (Pipeline / Future Openings 1st & 2nd Shift)

This Warehouse position is part of our year-round hiring pipeline, meaning we accept applications on an ongoing basis. By applying, you are not applying for a currently open jobinstead, you will be considered and contacted as soon as a future opening becomes available.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you play a key role in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking and preparing items from both refrigerated and freezer zones. Using an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy), you'll retrieve items, build stable pallets, and stage them for outbound shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy) to pick orders by layer
• Work in refrigerated and freezer warehouse zones to fulfill orders
• Accurately build and wrap pallets (wood or CHEP) for staging
• Use a touch screen scanner for picking and inventory tracking
• Participate in daily stretching/team huddles
• Assist with receiving and put-away of new inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 80100 lbs
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Preferred: prior warehouse experience
