Department: Shipping
Schedule:

  • Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Days: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Pay Rate:
$20.06 per hour

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, transporting, and storing materials in a safe and efficient manner. This position ensures compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all company safety requirements.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Perform shipping and receiving functions within designated warehouse areas.
  • Receive, verify, process, and store incoming materials.
  • Document and maintain tracking records, maintenance logs, and damage reports.
  • Assist with inventory control activities and warehouse organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Promptly report material, process, or equipment concerns and discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Follow department SOPs, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions.
  • Support warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1-2 years of Warehouse Associate experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics software.
  • Forklift operation experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
