Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM

Pay: $23.50 an hour

Warehouse Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion of customer orders
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on processes, safety procedures, and company policies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks as needed
• Monitor productivity metrics and provide feedback to improve performance
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
• Coordinate with supervisors and management to meet operational goals and deadlines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify process enhancements

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead role
• Experience in logistics, distribution, or 3PL environments preferred
• Familiarity with WMS systems and RF scanning technology
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
