The Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products, tools, and equipment from the warehouse to Spotless Brands sites. This role plays a vital part in maintaining operational readiness by ensuring materials arrive at their destinations in proper condition and on schedule. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Delivery Driver also supports basic warehouse functions when not on delivery routes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and service.

Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks with large trailers, to transport materials to various Spotless Brands locations
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring items are secured and stacked properly for safe transportation
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS or route planning tools to meet delivery schedules
• Upload delivery confirmation photos to the corresponding work orders to verify completion
• Communicate with warehouse and site personnel regarding schedules, changes, or delivery issues
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks (e.g., oil levels, brakes, tire pressure)
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and delivery procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, fuel receipts, and other related documentation
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including picking/packing orders, restocking, and organizing inventory
• Follow company policies and procedures related to product handling, safety, and customer service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and the needs of the business

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar transportation role
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiarity with local roads, traffic laws, and delivery route planning
• Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles
• Working knowledge of vehicle safety checks and basic preventative maintenance
• Strong driving and maneuvering skills, especially with larger vehicles and trailers
• Proficient in using GPS systems and route planning tools
• Effective verbal communication and professional people skills
• Basic computer and mobile device skills for delivery tracking and documentation
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or similar equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Ability to adapt to changes in schedule or priorities with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in and out of vehicles
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather, warehouse environments, and driving for extended periods
• Ability to travel up to 100%
