Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Worker 1st Shift
Location: Prescott, WI
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Position Overview

Warehouse team members play a key role in ensuring customer orders are filled accurately and on time while maintaining efficient material flow throughout the operation. This position involves a variety of tasks including order picking, receiving materials, packaging shipments, and supporting the assembly area.

Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as warehouse employees are responsible for ensuring the correct products and components are selected and shipped.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pick components for assembly operations
• Receive and process incoming raw materials
• Package and label shipments for delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation of:
  • Incoming shipments
  • Outgoing orders
  • Inventory transactions
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Operate powered fork trucks (training and certification provided)
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, service, and productivity

Job Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions
• Comfortable working on your feet and moving throughout the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs
• Willingness and ability to safely learn powered industrial equipment operation
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable
• Regular and reliable attendance is required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and work with a sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
