VP ASC Operations Benefits and Compensation:

VP ASC Operationa Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration
Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in an ASC, surgical services, perioperative operations, or healthcare practice management.
Demonstrated knowledge of ASC regulations (AZDHS, QUAD A/AAAASF, CMS).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, scheduling, and performance metrics.

VP ASC Operations Preferred Skills:

Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MSN, or related).
Experience in spine, pain management, or orthopedic ambulatory surgery.
CASC certification
Experience leading in a multi‑site or rapidly expanding healthcare organization.
