Vice President of Administration
Our client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to community development and operational excellence, is seeking a VP Of Administration to join their team in Appleton, WI. As a VP Of Administration, you will be part of the leadership supporting organizational infrastructure and shared services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a commitment to operational efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: VP Of Administration
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $175,000 - $200,000
What's the Job?
- Provide strategic oversight for administrative and shared service functions to support organizational growth and service delivery.
- Manage enterprise technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems performance to ensure reliable and scalable operations.
- Lead facilities planning, asset management, and capital improvement initiatives to maintain safe and compliant physical locations.
- Develop and oversee organizational communication, marketing strategies, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Manage budgets, evaluate ROI on infrastructure investments, and identify operational efficiencies and risk areas.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site environment overseeing administrative functions.
- Strong operational and systems-thinking capabilities with financial literacy skills.
- Proven ability to lead through change and growth, managing cross-functional teams and directors.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
