Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of recent experience as a General Manager in an upscale, fine-dining restaurant
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years, with steady progression through a career
• Must be operations-driven, passionate, open-minded, and hands-on
• The preferred candidate will possess extensive knowledge of beverages, although sommelier certifications are not required.
• Can-do attitude personality is key - we value good service and understand good service is about serving one another
• New Restaurant Opening experience and staffing is a definite plus!
