General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in culinary-forward, upscale restaurants, including senior leadership experience
  • Proven success overseeing full restaurant operations, including FOH management, financial performance, and team leadership
  • Strong experience with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
  • Hands-on leadership style with consistent floor presence and commitment to hospitality excellence
  • Experience hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
  • Proficiency with Toast POS and Resy
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience working in chef-driven or culinary-focused concepts
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and inventory oversight
  • Proven ability to drive sales while maintaining exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong training, mentorship, and culture-building background
  • Guest recovery expertise and elevated hospitality instincts
  • Experience managing private dining, events, and VIP guest relations
  • Ability to collaborate closely with culinary leadership and ownership on operational strategy
