Truck Driver – Frederick, MD

Frederick Noland Company is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Truck Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with a consistent schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We offer a competitive starting pay of $22 per hour and up, depending on experience, along with a strong benefits package that includes PTO and profit sharing.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating 26’ box trucks and flatbed trucks to deliver products to customers and job sites in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate delivery records, and ensuring materials are handled and transported safely. You will also be expected to assist with loading and unloading materials, perform basic vehicle inspections, and follow all DOT and company safety requirements.

A valid DOT certification is required. Previous driving and delivery experience is preferred, especially with box trucks or flatbeds, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
