Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A compelling opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room care. This travel position is based in Brockton, MA, providing the chance to work in a dynamic surgical environment with a focus on diverse ambulatory cases including sports medicine, ENT, GYN, GU, ophthalmology, plastics, general surgery, oral, and minor vascular procedures.

Schedule/Hours:

  • AM shift
  • 4x10 hour days (40 hours per week)
  • Start times vary between 6:30 a.m., 9 a.m., and 11 a.m. based on department needs
  • No weekends, no major holidays, no on-call responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years circulating experience in the Operating Room
  • Scrub experience is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to ambulatory surgical cases is a plus
  • CNOR certification preferred
  • BLS certification required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide circulating and scrub nursing support during surgical procedures
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all stages of the surgical process
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to maintain an efficient operating room environment
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment as required
