Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site maternity leave coverage from early September through mid-December. This role is based in Shoreview, MN, serving a school setting with a low caseload primarily focused on children with developmental coordination disorder (DCD) and incident speech needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Support students with speech and language impairments, including DCD.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with state and district guidelines.
  • Provide on-site coverage from September 8 through December 18, following a Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings.
  • Availability for full-time work, approximately 35 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, scheduled from 8:35 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Ability to manage a low caseload effectively and adapt therapy approaches based on student needs.
