Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique communication needs.
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, facilitating their communication skills in a school setting.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid State Speech Language Pathologist certification required.
- Experience working with pediatric students across educational and healthcare environments, including clinical fellowship year (CFY) completed or in progress.
