Travel School Occupational Therapist - Riverside, California

Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time occupational therapist position is available in the Riverside/Perris, CA area, serving school-aged children. This role offers a travel assignment throughout the school year, starting in early August 2026 and concluding in late May 2027, with a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing occupational therapy services to students within the school setting
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Evaluating and documenting students progress and therapeutic outcomes
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to support students functional abilities and participation in classroom activities
• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid occupational therapy license and credentials
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Willingness to travel within the Riverside/Perris area for school assignments
