An opportunity is available for a seasoned Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room, focusing on breast care procedures. This travel assignment offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to apply your expertise in a specialized clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing breast care surgeries.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure sterile environment and patient safety.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes during surgery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records throughout the surgical process.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and standards, including infection control and safety measures.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operating Room nursing with a focus on breast care.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OR protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Location Details:This position is based in Lawrenceville, GA, a vibrant city offering a balance of small-town charm and big-city amenities. Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
