Deliver critical patient care in a dynamic Operating Room setting with a travel nursing opportunity in Quincy, MA. This role offers a 4x10-hour day shift rotation, with start times varying between 6:30 a.m., 9 a.m., or 11 a.m., aligned with the departments needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate effectively during surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and support surgical teams.
- Assist in scrubbing for operations, with a focus on maintaining sterile fields and instrument readiness.
- Participate in a variety of ambulatory surgical cases including sports medicine, ENT, GYN, GU, ophthalmology, plastics, general surgery, oral, and minor vascular procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold quality care standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in the Operating Room as a circulating nurse.
- Strong preference for candidates with scrub experience.
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) designation preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in ambulatory surgical cases is highly desired.
