Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care for surgical patients within the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments adhering to strict sterile techniques.
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes during surgery.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to procedures and patient care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid RN licensure.
• Proven experience in operating room nursing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, techniques, and aseptic procedures.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and preferably Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Schedule & Work Patterns:

• Day shift hours.
• Potential to work up to 3 Saturdays within a 6-week schedule cycle.
• Facility is closed on Sundays.
• Holiday work is assigned based on surgical volume and may be required.
