TKC Logistics Specialist (Bilingual in English and Korean)

Responsibilities

1. Assign jobs or loads to drivers, technicians, or field staff based on location, availability, and skills
2. Coordinate schedules and route plans for efficiency and timely delivery/service
3. Receive and prioritize calls or requests for service, shipments, or assistance
4. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
5. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
6. Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service.
7. Strive consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer support.
8. Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Multitasking & time management under pressure
• Problem-solving skills for route changes, emergencies, and conflicts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations.
• Familiarity with dispatching software, TMSd manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus
