Team Company Truck Driver
Pay: $0.98 CPM with Hazmat endorsement, $0.95 CPM without Hazmat, $0.01 CPM raise annually for the first 3 years. Practical mileage pay (more accurate than zip-to-zip). Home Time & Freight: Home every 18 days for 5 days, 100% no-touch, full truckload dry van, no NYC, Canada, or Mexico.
Bonuses: Safety Bonuses (Quarterly) CSA Safety Bonus: $1,025 (Hazmat) or $825 + 8 hrs PTO, On-Road Safety Bonus: $600. Sign-On Bonus Options: Option 1 (with qualifying safety record): $1,625 (Hazmat) or $1,425, PTO + Orientation Pay, Additional $600 after 30 days. Option 2: $1,125 sign-on bonus, Orientation Pay.
Additional Pay: Hazmat premium: $0.04/mile (less than 2% of freight), Detention pay after 1 hour, Annual anniversary bonus: $100 per year of service, Stop-off and other accessorial pay, Driver referral bonuses.
Equipment: Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680, Automatic transmissions, inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, TVs, SiriusXM, Bluetooth, bunk heaters, Governed at 65 MPH (up to 68 with PasSmart), Newer 53' Wabash trailers with cargo tracking.
Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL, 9 months verifiable experience (6 months if teaming with an experienced driver), No DWI in past 7 years, Max 3 moving violations in past 3 years, No preventable DOT accidents in past 3 years, Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE.
