Our client is a commercial construction firm delivering projects across the Southeast, including commercial, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality work. This company is seeking a Superintendent to lead daily jobsite operations and guide projects from mobilization through closeout.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects
Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active jobsites
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
Experience developing look-ahead plans and managing project sequencing
Knowledge of jobsite safety practices, inspections, and quality control
Experience managing site logistics, deliveries, and daily field documentation
Ability to communicate with owners, design teams, inspectors, and trade partners
Proficiency with construction management and field reporting tools
Ability to travel to projects throughout the Southeast
Valid driver’s license
