Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • 3 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Proven success managing operations, labor, and financial performance in a high-volume setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on manager who leads by example and builds strong team culture
