Sr Production Manager

Our client, a well established industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Production Manager to join their team.

As a Senior Production Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department, supporting production supervisors and hourly teams across multiple production areas. The ideal candidate brings strong on-floor leadership, accountability, and a hands-on approach that fits a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

$80,000-$85,000 

What’s the Job?

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
• Supervise, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, and corrective action processes
• Analyze production data and drive improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Partner with Maintenance and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

What’s Needed?

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on leadership style with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate safety and performance expectations
• Experience in steel fabrication, welding, roll forming, paint line, or automated manufacturing environments
