This position provides administrative support to senior management by serving as a key liaison with internal & external stakeholders for the organization.
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Atlanta, GA) and partially from home.
What you do:
- Manage the senior leaders calendar, aligning meetings, appointments, travel and events to optimize their time and objectives.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence appropriately. Draft responses, compose emails, or make calls on behalf of the executive.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, venue bookings, catering and technology needs for executive needs and organizational initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and initiatives.
- Organize executive travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, contacts and documents.
- Manage expense reporting, invoices and budget tracking.
- Greet and host high-profile guests such as board members and government officials.
What you bring:
- H.S Diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years Related Experience
