Split shift: Before school, after school - 3 wonderful kids!

An engaged and caring person to get our 3 children ready for school in the morning (2-3 hours between approx 6:30-9:30am) -- and to help with after school (at home) (2-3 hours between 4pm -6pm). One thing I should mention! I realize our request has slightly unique hours. While we'd love it if the same person could help with all of this, we realize we might need a couple of people in order to get all of the help needed. If, for example, you can only do one portion -- such as only weekday mornings (6:30-9am) -- or, only weekday late afternoon/early evening (4-6pm) -- I'd still like to connect to see if it's a good fit.
