Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school setting located in Norwalk, CT, supporting elementary-aged students. The role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive speech therapy services five days a week, with a start date as soon as possible and a contract extending through June 18th, 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Current Connecticut Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
  • Credentials such as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA preferred
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy sessions

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students
  • Provide individualized and group therapy to support communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
  • Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
