Minimum Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Active Georgia state SLP license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
Experience with adult dysphagia management and cognitive-communication disorders preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
Work Days: Monday through Friday.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
May be required to split time or float between units within the facility.
