Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Massachusetts SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
• Experience treating adult dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Weekly Schedule: 5x8 (Monday through Friday coverage reflected in shift hours).
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
