Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Longview, WA, supporting an elementary caseload within a school setting. This position is scheduled to begin in March 2026, with potential for an earlier start, and runs through June 17, 2026. The role involves providing in-person speech therapy services to elementary-aged students.
Key responsibilities include providing individualized speech-language assessments and therapy, collaborating with educators and families to support student communication development, and documenting student progress. This position does not require supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Eligible for or holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those seeking entry-level opportunities
- Experience working within school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with school staff and families
