CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Virginia Beach, VA office who are motivated, solution-oriented and have a passion for service. We’re seeking outstanding associates who want to kickstart a fulfilling career with one of the fastest-growing auto insurers in the U.S.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll learn insurance inside and out through our paid training and the continuous support of your team and supervisor. You’ll show our customers the value and security that comes with being insured by GEICO I BoatU.S. Our Customer Service Representatives use compassion and attention to detail to exceed the expectations of our policyholders.

This job is a great fit for current or future students, or people who are continuous life learners, as Customer Service Representatives are consistently challenged to learn more and increase their knowledge of our industry and company. Salary/Compensation-
Salary: $23.23 per hour / $46,800 annually
Salary with a 4-year degree OR Property & Casualty Insurance license OR Personal Lines Insurance license: $25.81 per hour / $52,000 annually

Increase your earning potential!

  • 10% evening differential for applicable shifts

  • 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts



Qualifications & Skills:
Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
