This is a scratch-kitchen operation focused on consistency, standards, and genuine hospitality. Sous Chef Compensation and Benefits

Sous Chef Requirements and Must Haves

  • 2 or more years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment
  • Proven success in scratch-made or Italian-American kitchens
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
  • Ability to manage inventory, food costs, and maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable in a structured system-driven environment

Sous Chef Preferred Background and Skills

  • Italian cuisine experience strongly preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on training
  • Thrives under pressure and leads by example
  • Focused on consistency, systems, and professional growth
