Title: Sous Chef

Location: St Louis Area


We’re partnering with a high-energy, fast-growing eatertainment concept that blends elevated food with a social, interactive guest experience. This is not your typical kitchen. It’s fast, it’s loud, and it demands consistency at a high level.

We’re looking for a Sous Chef who can lead from the front, support a strong Executive Chef, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during high-volume service.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
  • Drive consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume service
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and team productivity
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Train and develop BOH team members
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager role
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate teams
  • Solid understanding of food cost, labor management, and kitchen systems
  • Ability to stay composed and lead during peak service
