Title: Sous Chef
Location: St Louis Area
We’re partnering with a high-energy, fast-growing eatertainment concept that blends elevated food with a social, interactive guest experience. This is not your typical kitchen. It’s fast, it’s loud, and it demands consistency at a high level.
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who can lead from the front, support a strong Executive Chef, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during high-volume service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
- Drive consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume service
- Manage labor, scheduling, and team productivity
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Train and develop BOH team members
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager role
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate teams
- Solid understanding of food cost, labor management, and kitchen systems
- Ability to stay composed and lead during peak service
